Down the rabbit hole: Gabrielle Aplin

Here is the amazing Gabrielle Aplin from the UK who is currently touring the US.  I will have the privilege of seeing her perform on the 15th.  This is her cover of Case Of You that can be purchased on her US release of her album English Rain.  I hope you adore this cover as much as the original.

Happy Listening!

Celia's Book Nook: Sparky!

As many of you know we LOVE books!  Not only do we love books, but children's books in particular.  So in light of the brainstorming that my new E-Course over at A Beautiful Mess has roused, I've decided on a new series of blog posts titled "Celia's Book Nook"which will feature some of our favorites and new finds.

This is our latest find "Sparky".  It's a sweet and silly story about a girl who's mother promises she can have a pet so long as she doesn't need to walk, bathe, or feed it.  My little one enjoyed it very much, and the illustrations are unique, and simply lovely.

I encourage you to share with us some of your favorite books, and perhaps we will feature them as a new find  ^_^

Happy Reading!

#BLOGLIFE

I'm on day two lesson three of A Beautiful Mess' E-course: Blog Life.  In a short amount of time I've been inspired to expand the topics I blog about, and I look forward to getting to a point where I can share them with you.  I'm so excited for the possibilities and the future of my blog.

Rain Rain Go Away

What do you do when you're stuck inside?  This is a fun new game we picked up at Grasshopper children's boutique called Spot It.  It's a matching game that can be played many ways.  You can match shapes, colors, or numbers.  Cecilia enjoys matching the numbers best.  What games do you and your little ones play?
